The goal of this program is help raise funds for initial construction of a multi-unit property to help house our transition families and veterans. After project completion more funding from this program will start going towards helping our customers achieve debt free home ownership. Also, funds from the program  could help with other enrichment and education programs to enhance our customers job skills, business acumen, spiritual enlightenment and life skills.

 The charity will seek donations of used and salvage vehicles to include cars, trucks, RV’s Motorcycles and mobile homes. The charity will help facilitate the transfer of ownership and have the vehicles transported for sale or salvage with no additional cost to the donor. The donor will receive a charitable donation receipt once the vehicle title has been transferred to the charity and a executed bill of sale with payment has been transacted. Also, the donor will receive a charitable donation receipt when the title has been transferred and the auto salvage company has remitted payment to the charity with the actual sale amount of the vehicle. The charity will use a power of attorney with the donor to quickly take title of the vehicle. The charity would prefer 100% contribution on salvage vehicles since there value is minimal.
